Hi all-
I’m happy to report that I just re-created a recipe that Erin had made for one of our dinners…and it turned out great! I treated Kim to Erin’s sweet potato and goat cheese pizza. Yum! I even made the pizza dough from scratch (i’m in Truckee and the nearest TJ’s is miles away)…
Anyway I’m hoping to have a bit more time to update the blog and recipe section. P.S. Please send me your recipes soon! And Erin, have a great time in Boston. Go Celtics!!
